Cotton Tea Cozy
Kimala Thompson uses 100% cotton and cotton batting to make her intricate and charming tea cozies. Each one is pieced together form several pieces of cloth in an intricate pattern, reminiscent of stained glass. Some come with a cotton-covered cork trivet (pictured) to put your hot teapot on.

Kimala Thompson is a fabric artist, and the owner of Dragonfly Creations. She works largely in cottons, cutting out and sewing several pieces together to make one organic whole. The use of applique is a hallmark of her work.
